Resident Evil Revelations has pushed it’s way to the top of the Japanese sales charts in it’s second week since release, beating three different new pieces of software for three different Sony pieces of hardware. Here is the full Top 20 for the week of 1/30 to 2/5, with life-to-date sales in the final set of parenthesis.

Interesting things to note: Resident Evil Revelations was the fifth highest selling game in all of Japan for the month of January, despite only being available during the last 6 days of the month. Also, not only did the game sell more than Soul Caliber V for the PS3, it sold more than Soul Caliber V for the PS3 and the 360 combined. And as of this morning at 9:00am, Resident Evil Revelations is either sold out or on back-order at Amazon.com, Gamestop.com, Walmart.com, and Toysrus.com… I stopped checking websites after that.
